9th Circuit Asks DOI to Respond to Drakes Bay Oyster Company's En Banc Petition The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has asked the United States government through the Department of the Interior (DOI) and National Park Service (NPS) whether the denial of an appeal by Drakes Bay Oyster Company (DBOC) for an injunction should be reheard en banc. DBOC's attorneys filed a petition for a rehearing en banc in October. The DOI/NPS have until December 2 to respond....
