You take a day off from work, drive 4-5 hours to sit in front of a transparent panel of "experts" and members of boards of private companies and corporations worth more than the entire northcoast economy, and get 2 minutes to speak about how "coastal ocean area and access closures" to food gathering is going to impact you and your community. That has been the case with the BRTF in all previous 'study' regions. Another MLPAi panel is the Science Advisory Team. Of course none of these meetings ...
