On November 21st, the US Army scheduled an Article 32 pretrial hearing for PFC Bradley Manning, the Army intelligence specialist accused of releasing classified material to WikiLeaks. The pretrial hearing will commence on December 16th at Fort Meade, Maryland. This will be PFC Manning’s first appearance before a court after 18 months of pretrial confinement. At 1:10 p.m. on October 5, 2011, the Navy's Blue Death burst through the rain clouds from the Pacific Ocean on the West, flying so low over sunny Union Square in San Francisco that we could read the yellow letters on the bottom of the plane, US Navy, as their deafening roar stopped all conversation when they flew east, to the Bay. These illegal low flights over heavily populated San Francisco, wasting tax dollars and oil, causing major pollution and ear-splitting noise, lasted until 4:45 p.m....
