When a Mexican goes on trial in San Jose, apparently there aren't any Mexicans available for the jury pool - where have all the Mexicans gone? Please come to the Superior Courthouse in San Jose at 190 West Hedding Street, Dept. 51, 4th floor - to support Martin Rodriquez in his stand for justice for himself....

Originally scheduled for this week, my trial for "disrupting a public meeting" (i.e. standing at the podium of a City Council meeting and asking for my two minutes to speak) and "resisting arrest" (i.e. not leaving the room until I was told I was under arrest, in spite of a painful come-along hold by Lt. Clark that injured my left hand), has been rescheduled for May 22nd....

In Firebaugh, two unmarked ICE vans pulled up alongside a school bus on Friday morning around 6:30, said Brian Walker, superintendent of the Dos Palos Oro Loma Joint Unified School District.
