The SF Chronicle ran a decent editorial Friday 7-7-06 "What they aren't saying," slamming Angelides and Schwarzenegger for failing to address sentencing reform in their proposals for dealing with the prison overcrowding crisis. Typically, they excluded the views of 'third party' candidates who have more progressive positions....
