Friday, October 16, 2009 :Luis Posada Carriles is accused of masterminding the 1976 bombing of Cuban airliner that killed all 73 people on board and he has publicly admitted ties to a series of hotel bombings in Cuba in 1997. In 2000, he was arrested in Panama City for plotting to blow up an auditorium where Fidel Castro would be speaking. Despite his record, Luis Posada Carriles is currently living freely in Miami.
