The KPFA manager Quincy McCoy illegally transferred $80,000 of KPFA membership funds to help support the illegal shutdown of WBAI in New York. He did this without letting the LSB know or even the rest of the Pacifica Board members. He has been supported by Sabrina Jacobs, Chris Cory and Sharon Adams who also supported illegal shutdown...

This notice is for a Special Meeting of the KPFA Local Station Board, the correct time of which is Thursday April 30 at 11:00 am, on Zoom (information is below). The LSB cancelled its March meeting but unlike other Pacifica stations did not reschedule with remote attendance. The UIR faction majority leaders have tried to cancel this meeting, but it is still scheduled! (see KPFTx.org)....

KPFA Local Station Board Secretary Carol Wolfley in alliance with the losers on the Local Station Board in the Pacifica corporate bylaw changes is now cancelling KPFA Local Station Board meetings. The supporters of the coup at WBAI and the corporate bylaws that were voted down by two to one are now flagrantly violating the bylaws by refusing to have meetings for many months. This allows the management of KPFA to operate without any oversight or transparency with the elected station board....
