after her lawyer claimed she was being unfairly targeted for review without
any driving violations....

The moratorium for dispensaries in the unincorporated regions of
Alameda County has been extended until sometime in February. At this
time, no dispensaries will be permited to open in these areas.
Incorporated cities such as Oakland, Hayward and Berkeley are not
directly affected by this moratorium and their local ordinances remain
in place....
