Lennar thinks it can fool all the people all the time - not so in San Francisco. Lennar has been plotting with the Pacific Heights Mafia, the most despicable Property Management entity in the Bay Area the John Stewart Company - to take control of Hunters View, Alice Griffith, and whatever it can get. I have seen John Stewart himself attend meetings with a smirk on his face - but, little does the rascal know that we are watching him - closely. Aiding and abetting the John Stewart Company, Lenn...

William Alexander Leidesdorff, Jr. help establish San Francisco and the entire State of California. Leidesdorff Ranch should become a U.S. National Landmark, however racial justice is remains illusive. U.S. Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Tom Lantos may utilize their leadership position to assist California Black Farmers and Ranchers toward equal access. U.S. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) and several Congressional Black Caucus leaders sent the attached letter to the Senate and House Agr...

Some consultants - decent people call them scumbags - will do anything to make money - including selling their MOTHERS for a dime. I am going to post the list of so called consultants - that are going out of their way to aid a ROGUE company - called Lennar BVHP LLC. These scumbags should be ashamed of themselves - using blood money to spread hostility in the Bayview. These scumbags should take away and let the people and San Franciscans - decide the faith of the last frontier....

In 1978 thousands participated in a historical march across the country to shed light on the condition of Native America and to halt the assault by the Federal Government on Native sovereignty. Today many of the struggles continue; from the fight for religious freedom, to resisting the removal of Indigenous people from their land and the protection of sacred sites. Many of the original walkers and the next generation of Native activists have organized a walk to commemorate the victories of th...

The shut down Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) plant situated at 1000 Evans Street reported two injured and one killed. The workers were part of the deconstruction of the now shut down PG&E - the result of the negotiations with the Stake Holders and some community activists. CityBuild has been involved in training youth and putting them to work. We have NOT got the details - but I hope the fatality has nothing to do with CityBuild and those involved in placing youth at this site. Such ...

Lennar BVHP LLC and the Pacific Heights Mafia have pumped over $625,000 into The Bayview Jobs, Parks and Housing Initiative. Lennar is taking the fight into the cesspool of their own making. Opposing Lenanr is the: Affordable Housing Requirements For the Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard Mixed-Use Development Project. We do not have that kind of money to waste - but we do have grassroots support. And we demand fifty percent Affordable Housing to the poor and those that live in and ...

Thursday, January 24, 2008 : The arguments for and against the Indian Gaming agreement Propositions 94, 95, 96 and 97, has prompted me to reexamine an underlying assumption about Indian gaming. That is, does California's $7 billion Indian gaming industry substantially benefit California Indians economically and socially? There are 105 tribal entities in California with approximately 56,158 tribal members....

In September 1998, thousands gathered in Berkeley, California, for the conference that founded Critical Resistance's movement to abolish the prison industrial complex. Each participant, with their own experiences of oppression and resistance, watched as diverse struggles were unified: by humanity, hope, and the shared vision of a different world. We witnessed a vision of a world with truly safe, healthy, and whole communities; a world with unconditional access to self-determination and dignit...

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. event held at the Hilton in San Francisco - puts sell outs on notice. Not everything is fine is San Francisco. Blacks are leaving in droves and most of them are large families. Our children, elders, and those with compromised health in the Bayview are adversely affected by one BIG developer and no one is saying anything much. In fact this RACIST city is in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC. What makes this sad situation bad - many BLACKS on the take - are dividing the co...
