The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors voted to change it’s 9.31 program today, eliminating the 99 plant exemption and permitting program. Medical marijuana cultivators can grow no more than 25 plants per parcel in Mendocino County. The move follows federal threats against the county’s program. KMUd’s Christina Aanestad, publisher of the Mendocino Country Independent spoke with Mendocino County Sheriff Tom Allman about the ordeal....
