Uber Lyft We Made You! Drivers Rally & Speak Out In San Francisco Against The Rip-offs

Dozens of UBER and Lyft San Francisco drivers protested the rip-off by these companies of the workers who drive. They reported that UBER and Lyft are using surge pricing only to increase their profits and not for the drivers who do the work. They also said that the tech gig economy is destroying their health and lives as the companies owners make billions through IPO's
As UBER and Lyft announce IPO's that will make executives and owners billions of dollars, the drivers rallied in San Francisco at City Hall and later marched to UBER's world headquarters on December 10, 2018 to protest slave labor conditions and discrimination without due process.

Drivers said UBER and Lyft were charging large amounts and the workers were being shortchanged by UBER and Lyft as they cut their percentages making it impossible to make a living. Workers also protested the failure to regulate the TNC platforms and the growing danger health and safety conditions.
