Are aches and pains preventing you from doing what you want? Join Physical Therapist Brynne Duty at this interactive workshop which will utilize exercise strategies to increase strength and flexibility, particularly for those with arthritis. She will guide you on which types of exercises are best to do safely, while working to reduce joint pain and stiffness.
