The Headline We Waited for: Ban USA From Olympics

For those of us who can easily remember the anti-Communist hysteria of the 1950s, and all the other horrors of US imperialism since then, the headline on a leading capitalist website, Huffington Post, "Ban The United States From The Olympics," is a sign that US imperialism is finally sinking in its own waste of drugging and raping its own athletes, while pointing the finger at other countries, especially Russia. To use the vernacular of the current US president, the kind of language that was very common at the height of US imperialism to describe the rest of the world before 1970 or so, the only 2 shithole countries in the world are the United States and its puppet and military base, Israel. At the same time, the 700 US military bases around the world should be banned. They are not only launching pads to murder the workers of the world, and filled with poisons from the use weapons on these bases, they are also a complete drain on our economy, only benefitting the oil companies and munitions makers, the only reason the military exists.
