Ask OSHA to release all the emails workers and supervisors sent and received regarding violations at the Kraft Foods Plant Woburn Massachusetts 2008-2013. (Who knew what? Why did OSHA close the case on behalf of Kraft Foods while Kraft Foods had Kenneth Wengert on the OSHA Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee for managment (2012-2015)

Emails to and from OSHA were are deleted according to Comcast. Enclosed is one of the more than 100 pages of evidence of the serious violations at the Kraft Foods Woburn Plant that were reported. The picture shows several pallets weighing up to 2,000lbs leaning and almost falling over. They could easily kill workers. Why did this SERIOUS violations go on so long? Why did OSHA have to get involved. There was an "easy" fix. Why didn't Kraft Foods adopt the employee's suggestion? Who can get a copy of all the emails regarding violations at the Kraft Foods Plant Woburn? Will OSHA release the more than 100 pages of evidence they received and answer questions, release documents, and prove their allegations? If not, why not? Are workers safe from retaliation if they report violations against companies with a member on the OSHA Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee?

The email doesn't send or receive emails. Comcast confirmed emails sent to OSHA and received from OSHA have been deleted. This attachment shows that Kraft Foods HR Department was caught communicating false allegations against the worker who kept SPEAKING up about the violations at the Kraft Foods Woburn Massachusetts plant. The Human Resourced Manager first denied she made the call. When presented with the fact that evidence had been obtained, she stated she may have called once. When presented with the fact that evidence supports she called more than once, she said she would not talk about it further. She is one of the ones who later signed sworn statements under the penalty of perjury that contained some false and misleading statements and created a misleading paper trail. She is the one that had separated the employee without pay and without any specific reason after the employee reported he was being retaliated against. Instead of conducting an investigation like Kraft Foods policy dictates and having all the witnesses give their statements, they retaliated further by the suspension hoping the employee would act out in a way they could terminate him or make him quit.
