St. Louis Police tell Copwatchers to "Get the !#$$% out of here"

Copwatching is a civic duty, and it's the public's right.
In this particular case, the copwatchers weren't obstructing, and they weren't too close.
Upon the completion of the stop, they simply asked the nature of the detention, and the identities of the officers who participated in the stop. One officer was very forthcoming about the purpose of the stop, as well as his identity, but one officer told copwatchers to "get the fuck out of here" after asking for his name.

This officer was driving with an St. Louis Police Officer Davis in a District 5 white SUV with 364 on the side.
Is this the type of behavior we should expect from "public servants
