SF Mission Arson Claims Debated at Fire Commission

The San Francisco Fire Commission on 12/17/15 heard a report from the arson marshal about the past year's many fires in the Mission District.

Is there an epidemic of arson fires in the Mission district? That was the question before the fire commission last Thursday. Commissioners questions the top SF investigator for arson allegations and I caught it all on video.
