Police Accountability

All police officers and detectives should carry camera in person, and submit to psychological evaluation annually for accountability. Police sustain too much power and authority over general population. While we appreciate their presence and work, some of them abuse their power and authority against unarmed general population either harm or kill innocent people. If all police officers and detectives carry personal camera, and are evaluated psychologically every year, to ensure their accountability, the police brutality and common people fatality caused by the police should go down tremendously.
