11-4-14 dept 103 court trial for infraction... after a big runaround...no paperwork at dept. 107 listed for citation 5656276 Barranco's misdemeanor 647(c) violation setting the original 10-20-14 deadline...DA said no paperwork and refused to stamp citation to document my appearance but said they had a year to file...then I asked her about the Superior Court courtesy notice I could send in 300$ with and be done w/ but she said 'that's traffic court we have nothing to do with that' (can you spell double jepardy?) I showed up a second time for my traffic court appointment and got a Minute Order from Commissioner Elizabeth Hendricksom falsly ordering that I had stipulated she could handle this as a misdemeanor (as I told the DA everyone in traffic court was witness to the fact mine was the first name called I was handed a piece of paper and summarily remanded back to dept. 107 (criminal) and jacking the bail to 1992$ which had me going back to the DA who of course ignored my criminal complaint against Hendrickson for perjury and obstruction of justice (not unlike turning her back and laughing about the foreign national trying to get a divorce case switched to criminal after her child was stolen by a US citizen) ...but unlike Gazans I did get to plead not guilty...refused to waive time and demanded to be able to represent myself...same commissioner (Hendrickson) heard case this morning and was befuddled by having her hit job reversing the Superior Court's reduction to an infraction reversed but gave me the maximum she could...23 hours community service...and Food not Bombs needs to go back to the Project 22 office for the umpteenth time to get back on the list...more next week...Tuesday noon 104.1 FM.... berkeleyliberationradio.net
