In South Africa, Jacob Appelbaum didn't have to explain the meaning of oppression or colonization, so he went right ahead to explain the role of the NSA and why you are not exempt.
On May 27, TOR developer and privacy expert Jacob Applebaum prsented at the ninth annual ITWeb security summit, held in Sandton, South Africa. The first 15 minutes of his one hour presentation is attached and the rest will be posted as small sound files, and add to the Event Horizon streams at IndyRadio later this weekend.
