Justice for Mike Brown---Angry protestors in Ferguson, Mo take violence to the streets
The shooting caused a huge outrage as protestors took to the streets, with violence, breaking out windows and looting several stores in the area, including a Quick Trip which went up in flames.
(Ferguson, Missouri) August, 11, 2014 What was a peaceful protest, turns violent over the shooting death of an 18 year old black male, Mike Brown, who was about to graduate from high school and headed for college.
Brown's mother, Lesley Mc Spadden said her son was shot fatally by police, despite having his hands up trying to surrender.
Ferguson police Chief Jon Belmer said the officer struggle wirh the 18 year old over a gun in his patrol car, but witnesses tell a different story. Piaget Crenshaw said, she watched as Brown surrender to the officer, but the officer started firing several shots.
