I could not disagree more. I have been a long time tenant of Dr. Crawford for over 19 years and I have had a fantastic experience throughout. The company 2B Living has always been very responsive to any requests made for either maintence or just a simple question.

I lived in several properties with different landlords in the Bay Area, (including Dr. Crawford's property in SF) and mice are pretty common everywhere! Especially if you have messy neighbors it makes it worse.
Yes, his properties are older, however taken care of. Never had issues with the property managers taking care of maintenance requests, he even agreed to replace a smaller sink with a larger one in our unit.

I 100% disagree. Yes this family has properties that tend to be older with much character bu that's what I look for in my residence. I have had nothing but responsive and thorough assistance by these landlords. They make sure that their prop mgt company is on it. Most owners are absent NOT these owners. They are present and make sure that their prop mgt companies are present as well. The attention to detail and immaculate customer service is why I continue to rent from this family.

BEWARE they are charming people to your face and the reality is they are driven by a deep insatiable need to make more money no matter what the cost.
