ABOUT GREGORY P. SHOOP:
In a strongly worded internal memo obtained by a FOIA request, on August 2013 a memo sent to Gregory Shoop, Assistant Director at the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, by Wild Horse and Burro Division Chief Joan GuilfoyleIt discusses the state of the wild horse and burro program and its strategic direction in 2014 and beyond.
The memo outlined what the BLM might do if some 5% was cut from the agency's budget. Among Guilfoyle's recommendations were to halt to mustang gathers and to implement field euthanasia of wild horses and burros “as a final act of mercy if animals decline to near-death condition as the result of declining water or forage resources. “Funding and space prohibit the removal of any animals in the near future,” Guilfoyle's memo read. “Euthanasia of near-death animals is the only responsible alternative.”

The Dept. of the Interior’s Oil and Gas Leasing Department needs to be investigated for gross mismanagement and illegal hiring practices. Robyn Shoop thinks it’s her family’s personally owned small business as she as obtained/steered lucrative paid student internships for her son, Brian Shoop and his fiance Tara Voight in the same department she supervised and still delegates work to…nepotism is highly illegal. Greg Shoop hired his girlfriend Robyn to work as his secretary, then they married and Robyn Shoop took over Greg's job in Mineral Leasing and got promoted to Supervisor and left a massive mess of legal records and case files regarding oil/gas/mineral leasing and fracking permits. They used old outdated NEPA reports to approve permits for drilling. The Shoop's placed their relatives in that department to cover up for poor record keeping and gross mismanagement. Robyn Shoop and her boss Steve Wells testified under oath at my Merit Systems Protection Board Hearing that "...the records are 30% to 40% NOT accurate or reliable." This made it extremely difficult to do my job and I was wrongfully fired.

Please give me a call with ANY questions or if you need any additional information.
