Please join us for a presentation and discussion with two Israeli anti-occupation activists who are currently touring across the United States. The Soldier is Eran Efrati, who served in the Israeli military and then worked as chief investigator for Breaking the Silence. The Refusenik is Maya Wind, one of the group of Israeli Shministim, who refused to serve and was sentenced to military prison. Their presentation will focus on their past experiences which led them to their position against the occupation, as well as their current activism. More information about these two courageous individuals can be found here: http://www.SoldierAndRefusenik.com/

This is another installment of the ongoing series presented by Kehilla's Middle East Peace Committee in an effort to explore and deepen our understanding of the effects of the Occupation on Palestinians and Israelis.

Suggested donation: $10-$20 (no one turned away for lack of funds).

The presentation will be held at Kehilla's Social Hall (downstairs) and is wheelchair accessible.
