1. Policies leading to a sustainable urban economy;
2. Policies leading to a sustainable urban environment;
3. Policies assisting the creation of strong neighborhoods and community;
4. Policies advancing to healthy living and accessible health care;
5. Policies advancing assessable education opportunities for all ages.
