Why Does the U.S. Senate Judiciary Chairman Make Vermonters Drink His You Know What?

by Cris Ericson
How did we end up with a
U.S. Senate Judiciary Chairman
who feels he is above all laws?
How low does this man stoop?

Why does the Chairman of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee,
Patrick Leahy, have an office in Burlington, Vermont 05401
with toilets, which presumably he sometimes uses,
which drain a few blocks away to a sewage and wastewater
treatment plant, which dumps the treated sewage and
wastewater into Lake Champlain, from which 1/3 of Vermont
residents draw their drinking water because they are not
rich and wealthy like U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy and can NOT
afford bottled drinking water? Why? Why would any U.S. Senator
subject the public to drinking lake water mixed with his own
personal you know what?

The Committee Chairman - Senate Judiciary Committee
http://www.judiciary.senate.gov/about/chairman.cfm
SimilarPatrick J. Leahy of Middlesex, Vermont, was elected to the United States Senate
... Leahy is the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee,

I was riding on a bus across Los Angeles once,
many, many years ago.
An old lady sat next to me.
She looked out the window and said,
"those used to be all wheat fields and orange groves."

President Barack Obama,
Commander in Chief of the U.S. Military,
should be Impeached for allowing
F-35 strike fighter jets to be based in a residential
neighborhood in Chittenden County, Vermont.

This is the most arrogant and senseless and
irresponsible decision because there is no way
to replace DRINKING WATER for one-third of the residents
of the State of Vermont if an F-35 strike fighter jet
goes down in Lake Champlain
or dumps fuel in Lake Champlain
or drops or deploys a "test bomb" in Lake Champlain
from which 1/3 of Vermont residents
draw their drinking water.

I believe this rises to the level of criminal negligence
which could result in severe health risks to Vermonters,
particularly the poor and low income families
and senior citizens and young people subsisting
on minimum wage who can NOT afford
bottled drinking water
that our politicians are drinking.

Basing F-35 strike fighter jets in a residential neighborhood
in Chittenden County, Vermont
should be an Impeachable offense
because it appears to violate 18 United States Code Section 1001
for Fraud in a Fiduciary Capacity
because the taxpayers paid for the research
to create and develop the F-35 strike fighter jets
and therefore,
under Patent Law,
these are "WORKS MADE FOR HIRE"
and therefore,
the TAXPAYERS OWN THE F-35s
and because
the taxpayers are NOT
receiving any of the profit
from the sales
of F-35 strike fighter jets
to Israel and other foreign
countries,
the taxpayers are being ripped off.

Violating 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 is an
impeachable offense.

Remember, it also applies to the price
of prescription drugs
whenever the taxpayers have paid
for the research and development
for those drugs,
that is "work made for hire" and the
taxpayers should receive a part of the
profit because they paid for the
research and development.
The taxpayers "own" all prescription
drugs they paid for the research for.
