Murder On The Rails-CA Leg Hearing Exposes Criminal Negligence & Cover-up By BART Bosses
At a California legislative hearing of the Assembly Labor and Employment committee, BART Bosses and Board members continued to defend their record of violating Ca-OSHA rules that led to the deaths of workers at BART. Calls were also made for criminal prosecution against BART managers for criminal negligence.

At a California legislative hearing on November 7, 2013 of the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee, BART officials continued to defend their violation of OHSA rules and their criminal negligence in the murders of workers at BART. Ca-Osha officials were also questioned about why they failed to pursue criminal charges against BART managers for willful criminal negligence and also why there are only 260 OSHA inspectors in California for the 17 million workers.

ATU1555/SEIU 1021 Workers Speakout On TA Contract Vote
The BART board allowed untrained operators to run the trains to break the strike by ATU 1555 and SEIU 1021 BART workers. They continue to defend their reckless criminal record of killing BART workers despite numerous Ca-Osha willful health and safety violations which they continue to defend in court appeals.
