Join us to celebrate our, One Year Anniversary, Free Yoga in Victory Park, Stockton, CA

Every Saturday during July, we celebrate the One Year Anniversary of Free Yoga in Victory Park. Together, the Stockton community has overcome serious challenges and will indeed continue on the path to a new beginning. Our goal is to raise awareness about the international, intergenerational and intercultural benefits of health and wellness through yoga. Stockton, CA and the regional community is poised to challenge the Forbes Magazine Top Cities and regions for Yoga. The natural beauty and award winning regional wine makers feature Yoga in the Vineyard, paired the bounty of "The Greatest Garden in the World," the California Central Valley.

Every Saturday during July, come and join our One Year Anniversary of Free Yoga in Victory Park.

Together, extended family, friends and residents throughout the City of Stockton to overcoming serious challenges. We will continue on the path toward a new beginning, building on stregnth of some of our greatest assets, our California Delta and the bounty within the vast California Central Valley, the greatest Garden in the World. San Joaquin County is the 7th Agriculture economic producing County in America.

Our goal is to raise awareness, education and advocacy about the international, intergenerational and intercultural benefits of health and wellness through yoga practice. A new way forward, healing what is hurting out communities is the healthy solution.

Stockton, CA, the San Joaquin County seat, could lead our regional community to maximize and expand Yoga is a universal journey of discovery toward greater awareness of the body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is for Stockton to make the Forbes Magazine Top Yoga Cities in America list.

Allison L. Boyd, Registered Dietician and Certified Yoga Instructor is connecting a regional community of yoga instructors and health care professional as part of a free morning community practice of yoga. The broader community continues to become exposed to yoga in natural and fun way. We continue to grow and expand our international, intergenerational and intercultural experience at Free Yoga in Victory Park.

Throughout Northern California we are expanding and sharing a global movement of 'free yoga in parks and open spaces' to bring awareness and participation for everyone to discover the benefits of the practice of yoga.

You are invited to join us for our monthly Yoga in the Vineyard as we build energy towards our showcase, celebrating the diversity of yoga practice during National Yoga Month and California Wine Month, September 14-15, 2013, at our 2nd Annual Yoga and Zin Festival at the Hilton Stockton.

Health and Wellness is our goal for everyone to experience in a positive, cooperative, family friendly environment.
