Animal Advocates voted top non-profit of 2013 by GreatNonprofits

“We are excited to be named a Top-Rated 2013 Nonprofit,” stated Mary Cummins President of Animal Advocates. "We are proud of our accomplishments this year, including working on important pro-wildlife legislation, recruiting more volunteers and expanding our facilities."

  The Top-Rated Nonprofit award was based on the large number of positive reviews that Animal Advocates received – reviews written by volunteers, donors and clients. People posted their personal experience with the nonprofit.  For example, one person wrote, “Animal Advocates is a great resource to wildlife and the community. Mary, MaryEllen and their cadre of volunteers are very friendly and provide excellent service, as well as freely share their expertise.”

While the Top-Rated Awards run through the end of October, Animal Advocates was part of the inaugural group to qualify for the year.
