RICO Act Violations by Government

A 9/11 widow has brought a RICO case against the Federal Government for allowing 9/11. The same should apply to the genocide occurring as a result of political targeting of persons in California. The utility infrastructure is being used on select homes to "poison the well" of unsuspecting minorities, activists and other political targets. The intended result is death and disease.
