IWC Orders and Labor Code Section 226.7 This additional hour is not counted as hours worked for purposes of overtime calculations. Since it has been reported by Garda Security Officers in Oakland and Santa Rosa California that they are not receiving a lunch break or being paid an additional hour is Garda Security in Violation of the above law ?
