Please Spay and Neuter Your Humans
The human population growth is unfathomable. People are either in denial or chose not to be informed about the main issue of Global Warming which is that the Earth cannot provide enough resources and function with the amount of people that is currently living upon it.
Overpopulation is an ongoing issue which its problem increases significantly each year in each country. It’s an issue that no one likes to talk about or make a stand about. There is plenty of talk about Global Warming and all the ways we can help to prevent its increase. Turn off your lights. Don’t leave on running water. Buy fuel efficient cars. Use solar heating. What about, don’t have kids? Anyone dare to make that simple statement that could save the world? Don’t people like to see open spaces? Wild animals running about? Or are we all too selfish and want to follow society’s imprint to get married and have kids?
With religion’s opinion aside (let’s stick to one malfunctioning topic at a time), continuing sex education in developing countries is more important than these commercials and ads to send money to feed the poor and starving. There wouldn’t be poor and starving if people could get their sex lives under control. People in the US and in countries such as Europe are too naïve to see that they are what the whole world is coming to – not enough resources for everyone to survive; hence too many people on the planet.
Magazine articles feature families with twenty plus kids. Shouldn’t there be some kind of law against that? Not only for population control but also for the sake of the children. It’s not possible for you to be a “good attentive parent” with litters of children running around. Even someone like “Octo-Mom” having eight more children through IVF treatments when she already had six children! Why is that allowed?
Let’s look at some numbers of countries with their birth and death rates per year: Afghanistan, 39.53 births per 14.84 deaths. Cambodia, 25.04 births per 8.07 deaths. China 12.29 births per 7.03 deaths. India, 20.97 births per 7.48 deaths. Kenya, 33.70 births per 7.44 deaths. Mexico, 19.13 births per 4.86 deaths. United States, 13.69 births per 8.38 deaths. These aren’t even the worst of them. These numbers keep increasing; so will the impact on Global Warming.
To quote Prince Philip: “95% of the whole of the Atlantic Rainforest in Brazil has disappeared in the last 100 years, there is simply nowhere for these animals to live. At the basis of it all, is this colossal increase in the human population. It’s one of the living species on the planet but it’s reaching plague proportions” (Symbolic Living). Why are we taking the living spaces of animals? Why can’t we just not have children, or at the very most have only two to replace yourself and your partner. Why is there such a need to have a whole herd of children? Many people that want to save the planet and prevent Global Warming are the ones that have kids. If you want to lower your carbon footprint and save the planet, you don’t need to use minimal lighting in your home and take 3 minute showers. All you need to do is not have any children.
