fire TWU 250 A operator and health and safety whistleblower Dorian
Maxwell. The arbitration took place on 10/17/2011. Maxwell has been
fighting to protect the health and safety of drivess and the public because
of the dangerous failure by management to properly maintain the equipment.
Management is targeting Maxwell for supporting a fellow worker Frank Mc Dowell at the SF Sunshine commission.
