Lennar the Rogue Developer keeps polluting on Parcel A on Hunters Point Shipyard.

The area is contaminated and people are dying but while all this in happening Mayor Gavin Newsom is going about - spewing his LIES and acting as if he is really in charge - when the poor fool is all but a pathetic liar - has been, and will be as long as he deals with the public at large.

Two truckers working on the Shipyard yard have died in recent months of heart attack. Six more all Black are very sick. The SF Police Department have moved away after years - many of them exposed to radiological elements. Some died of cancer - their families have approached me and I have made know this at the SF Police Commission - loaded by Gavin Newsom's cronies.

Yet, this City and County of San Francisco - is not paying attention to Proposition P - passed at the Ballot in 2000 where 87% of the constituents of San Francisco - mandated the entire Shipyard be cleaned. No one requested it be CAPPED. Cleaned to the highest standards. This Ballot measure is the mandate of the people - and it counts. Not the fake Proposition P that Sophie Maxwell and the other sellout brag about. Including the lying Tiffany Bohee.

We spent Five thousand on Proposition F - yes, $5,000. Lennar spent $5 million and the main proponents were Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell, and James Bryant. Go to the SF Election Department and you will find all the documents and the culprits that deceived the constituents of San Francisco - by the thousands daily that were spent on TV advertisement by Lennar.

God is good to those that do right and speak the TRUTH. Tthose that harm the people, lie, and deceive will get and have got their reward - already. They are all messed up. That includes the Poverty, Pimp, Pastors - leading the charge Aurelious Walker worshiping MAMON and enticed by money and GREED.

Lennar a Rogue Developer that has close ties to Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, and Nancy Pelosi - filled their campaign coffers, spewing lies, creating with ploys and machinations - now, have bought the majority of the SF Board of Supervisors with ill gotten blood money and backed by East Coast thugs such as Ross Periot Jr. and others who have funded - the "land banking crime scene" with millions of dollars.

"Nothing good will happen at Hunters Point" I said this years ago and I say it again and again. The land belongs to the First People the Ohlone - I represent them - and what I say - counts. The land was stolen, then desecrated, and if you do not comprehend this - you will not comprehend the fundamentals - of justice. You will wallow and drown and you are warned.

Sacred remains of the First People were removed and spread all over Hunters Point - much of it with the infill from the two large hills that once stood proud, and were on Hunters Point surrounded by large areas of wet lands - that the U.S. Navy destroyed to create a fake harbor and later used the infilled lands to experiments devious atomic experiments - one being the bombing of Japan and killing millions of innocent civilians.

During the War Effort linked to the Second World War II thousands of minorities mostly Blacks - made a living working at Hunters Point - and most of these hardworking men and women died from being exposed to toxic elements - mercury, lead, PCBs, radiological elements, and of course tons of Asbestos. Many died and long after they died - those living who should have fought for them to improve things in the Bayview Hunters Point - but, many of them Blacks knowing the history, talk the talk but do not walk the walk and sold out the community.

Sophie Maxwell will NOT go down in history as a decent person - her legacy is one that even the devil will not accept.

This woman chose with intent to slowly poison our children and she has done all in her power to help Mitch Katz from the SF Health Department - create barriers to bring some ill fated development that she has no clue about - at Hunters Point and Parcel A. Backed by Marcia Rosen the fired SF Redevelopment Agency former Director, others like Tiffany Bohee who lies through her teeth, and other that have LIED and jumped shipped that I predicted a long time - ago.

Parcel A today is over grown with weeds and toxic dust blowing every where. I am talking about the parcel by Navy Road. Parcel A consists really of two parcels - one East and one West. The one bordering Palou Street and Navy Road - is a through - mess.

The parcel closer to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard Gate - has some work going on. We have had excessive reading of Asbestos structures more on this parcel then the other one. Yet, the few workers, mostly minorities that are working on Parcel A have no clue about the toxic environment they are surrounded by - and even though some of them suffer from headaches and breathing problems - they are NOT told anything about the toxic surroundings. None of them wear mask - and less standard safety, gear.

Mitch Katz, Rajiv Bhatia, Amy Brownell and others from the SF Health Department should be ashamed of themselves. We have the Precautionary Principle on our City and County of San Francisco Books - yet, NOT once has this great Precautionary Principle been applied - linked to the great harm, adverse impacts on ALL life - emitting from the evil actions of Lennar who do not apply the standards - less by pouring millions of gallons of water - to keep the Asbestos Structures down.

The Disposition and Development Agreement has been defaulted. Lennar amended the DDA several times - promised rental housing and erased it from the DDA, promised Community Benefits and spent all the money of something else. The worst track record it has left - is changed its registration of the Liability Limited Corporation - four times. It first registered in Sacramento in 1998 and today it is registered in Delaware - the City of the Devil - where all Credit Card Companies steal, cheat, and make a living bluffing innocent people on this Nation- changing percentages on Credit Cards at a whim - and raking in billions of dollars. The infrastructure on Parcel A is fully exposed and now all the pollution is in the City main infrastructure - the San Francisco Public Utilities was warned but they too follow the dictates of the Mayor, Gavin Newsom.

Lennar's plan is simple - just like Catellus executed on Mission Bay which is a disaster. Grade the land, put in the infrastructure, build the basic roads, and then divided the parcels and sell them. The entire area - much lie Mission Bay is prone to liquefaction and flooding. Every tenant at Mission Bay has to sign a waiver - and at Hunters Point no one can touch the dirt, grown anything in the dirt, and go near the beach at Parcel F. All contaminated by Radiological contaminants. That is why Hunters Point is put on the Superfund List. Kapish.

This stagnant ECONOMY was never envisioned by the Rogue Developer - Lennar. This economy that will go on for another 5 years minimum - will bring Lennar to its knees in leas then two years. This economy was tailor made for the an evil company like Lennar - now they a bleeding and they will bleed to death as they deserve.

Right now Lennar is consolidating its assets, borrowing money much like stupid folks do using a Credit Card, bluffing the few that have no clue about Lennar's history. But, this ECONOMY was tailor made for Lennar. Those that deal with fiscal issues are well informed about Lennar. The White House knows about Lennar and President Barrack Husein Obama knows about Lennar.

The State of California knows well how Lennar wasting $1.2 billion of pension money belonging to the California Pensioners - CALPERS. Lennar cannot run away from its sordid history and wanton GREED - that has taken it down to the cesspool of its own making.

The Main Media has been silent - the SF Business Times has been bought by Lennar - publishing fake articles with no empirical data. Painting a rosy picture. Let us put it down like this for those that have some sense. A conceptual plan is like a dream - you wake up and it could be your worst nightmare. Lennar you are a living nightmare.

Lennar should be exposed in full for promising to build 10,000 homes on Mare Island after cleaning the toxic on Mare Island. After 10 years - Lennar had nothing to show, the City of Vallejo that was suppose to benefit from the Tax Increment - got nothing and had to declare bankruptcy. In fact Lennar declared bankruptcy at Mare Island!

Over 40,000 units in Miami, Florida were built with inferior SHEET ROCK imported from China by Lennar. The units still stand unoccupied. These action speaks volumes - when Lennar's fancy website displays homes that look good - but are built of inferior, cheap, poor quality, and more polluted material.

The sellouts the Poverty, Pimp, Pastors (P3) are all quiet - suddenly. These vermin, supposedly men of god - small "g" - went to Lennar claiming to get some money that was supposedly due them - they, the Poverty Pimp Pastors - were told to stand in line. More, reminded that Lennar did not have the money promised them - at this time nor will in the near future.

Linda Richardson, Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, Lynette Sweet, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, Angelo King, Sophie Maxwell - all have BLOOD on their hands.

Never mind they took the money - never mind they spent it - they have and will have no peace of mind - and more they are sell outs that the community at large will never, ever forget.

I was away for over a month in Australia and New Zealand - took my time after having spent a lot of precious time defending the children that I love so much.

That is all I could do - giving Lennar hell and making LENNAR spend millions of dollars and slowing down their project. The world knows about Lennar and their dubious ways - more they are watched closely by those that have the power to shut them down. Just like what happened in San Diego. Here is California the Secretary of State for example is fully aware about Lennar.
