How city hall is illegal

How the tenth amendment's reservation of powers to the state or the people makes local officials illegal. How the founders for free assembly as the form for local decisions, with ayes and nays from the assembly on issues. How state laws incorporating towns with local officials violate the 14th amendment.
The tenth amendment, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.", makes local officials illegal and states in violation of the fourteenth amendment "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;"
Local officials are neither state nor people yet excercise powers not given to the federal government. The federal constitution is thus shown as intending for local free assemblies as the form for local decision-making, where ayes and nays from those present decide an issue, as opposed to an elect few.
Free Assemblies would reinvigorate local polity and offer the opportunity for common values to manifest, in place of the lack of discussion upon the regulation of life by the economy and school that dominates now.
Local officials have approved much of the destruction of the countryside and farms for undiscussed population growth: The tenth amendment nullifies the local approvals of this past destruction, and leaves us with the huge issue of what to do about everything thus built illegally.
New England has preserved its countryside by adhering to the tenth amendment more than the rest of the country. Europe has also preserved its countryside to a much greater degree than America.
Representative democracy is intended for state and federal levels, and is misguided folly when applied to local government.
Vic Fedorov ran for office on a free assembly platform in Princeton N.J. in 2003. After losing, he brought up in federal court, the district of NJ, Judge Anne Thompson, 04-366, the federal question you see here, ie, how local officials excercise powers reserved for the state or the people, and the logical protection of the community from the rule of the few over the many.
Because he got no media coverage, the state of NJ, primarily the attorney general's office, the borough of princeton, and Palmer Square Associates, were able to get the suit dismissed, because there was no public debate on the issue, it was never announced to the public by state or local government, nor local or regional media. Thus the status quo was maintained through secrecy, and not honest debate or discussion, as the powers involved did not get into the issue, choosing to avoid it, or claim the grievance invoking the federal question lacked standing.
In recent months Free Assembly Inc. was formed. However the goal of hosting free assemblies in urban areas of NJ has been set back by the requirement of being a resident in order to book a community room to hold a free assembly. Though this regulation infringes free assembly, without media coverage and public transparent debate, such regulation is difficult to combat.
