49ers tell Gavin Newsom and his cronies to go take a hike - now, lets clean the SHIPYARD.

Mayor Gavin Newsom thought he could lead the 49er leadership by the nose and get his stupid demands met. Offering to build a stadium in the middle of Chernobyl at Hunters Point that is very toxic. What makes this project very dangerous and unhealthy is that the toxic materials are radiological in nature.

Recently, California Senator Leland Yee, Assembly persons Fiona Ma and Tom Ammiano sent a letter to Mayor Gavin Newsom. They requested him to mandate that the United States Navy that polluted the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - clean up the over 1.5 million tons of mostly radiological toxic dirt. Remove the dirt and haul it way to a legal site outside California.

However, Mayor Gavin Newsom being the FOOL that he is - dreams of building Eco-friendly buildings and a stadium without cleaning up the surroundings. Now, if this madness is not sufficient to force the 49ers NOT to listen to Caligula - I just do not know what will stop Mayor Gavin Newsom from pushing good people over the precipice.

Dr. John York and Jedd York the owners of the 49er team - know very well that the U.S. Navy has failed the good people of Bayview Hunters Point by not cleaning up the Shipyard. They were fully aware of Proposition G that wants to build 10,500 homes in the middle of Chernobyl that is the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

People are not stupid about this plans that Lennar a Rogue Developer will NOT deliver. I said this a long time ago. Add to this the fact that entire Shipyard is prone to LIQUEFACTION. That is what happened to the Marina when the Big One stuck way back in 1989.

Gavin Newsom with the help of Lennar spent over $5 million pushing of Proposition G. Gavin Newsom wanted the 49er stadium so bad in his dreams that all his conceptual plans have turned to the worst night mare - he has ever had.

The good constituents of Bayview Hunters Point spent less then $10,000 on Proposition F.

Proposition G is for the stadium being built in the middle of Chernobyl. Building 10,500 inferior homes that Lennar is famous for all over the Nation. And for Mayor Gavin Newsom pushing for Proposition G with the backing of the Pacific Heights Mafia - was and is conflict of interests.

The City Attorney should pay attention to this. Before, he Dennis Herrera runs for Mayor of San Francisco.

The main Proponents of Proposition G were Senator Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell, and James Bryant.

The main Proponents of Proposition F was Jim Queen and Francisco Da Costa.

Deals were made at the last moment with Tim Paulson of the Labor Council, San Francisco Organizing Project, and ACORN a dubious organization to up the affordable housing to thirty three percent, and each of these thug organizations - were promised money.

Well, no one can fool all the people all the time. More, anything Gavin Newsom touches turns to CRAP. His days of SPIN are over and we saw this as we followed him all over California - he will LIE and LIE and LIE.

He takes credit for Universal Health when Tom Ammiano made that happen. He wants to push for Eco-friendly stadium to be built in the middle of a toxic cesspool. Gavin loves to take credit for things he had nothing to do.

Proposition 8 failed because of Gavin Newsom. Over $40 million was expanded to push for Proposition 8 and QUEER rights. One must ask where did all the money go and for what? Also, one must inquire if Gavin Newsom shadow - took Proposition P the wrong direction, divided people and hurt millions?

The 49ers did well by choosing Santa Clara. Santa Clara has over forty percent of the 49er fans. What is more the 49ers have a existing facility and train at Santa Clara. I have been there and was one that went to protest outside the 49er training center. We gave the 49ers all the information - they needed to know about all the toxic waste, most of it radiological in nature at Hunters Point Naval Shipard yard.

We, Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) - unlike the sell outs - Aurelious Walker, Angelo King, Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Calvin Jones, Amos Brown, Sophie Maxwell, and others - will fight for the community and WIN.

Lennar is sinking. All over the Nation thousands of innocent home owners are suing Lennar. Lennar promised to build 10,000 homes at Mare Island and declared Bankruptcy. They will do the same at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candletstick Point.

Eat your heart out - Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, Richard Blum, Sophie Maxwell, and the rest of the sel outs that have adversely impacted Bayview Hunters Point and have BLOOD on your hands.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors have been asleep at the wheel. We need a hearing on Lennar and the failed 49er stadium as soon as possible. Sophie Maxwell must be exposed - she is the one that failed the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and has been at the back and call of the Pacific Heights Mafia.

Sophie Maxwell has destroyed the Bayview Hunters Point community and has been pandering to the sell outs and those out side interests that are out to Gentrify and put down the Bayview Hunters Point community.

Gavin Newsom is a failure - and will never, ever be the next Governor of California.

So shame on those Blacks that are raising money for Gavin Newsom's campaign while doing nothing what so ever to serve the Bayview Hunters Point community. One of them Veronica Hunnicutt who does not live in the Bayview Hunters Point and is the Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Hunters Point Shipyard! She is a sell out and there are more.
