Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is NOT "shovel ready" Mayor Gavin Newsom LIES and says it is.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is desperate and in his desperation has resorted to any and every kind of foolishness that will bring the down fall of San Francisco - and adversely impact Mayor Gavin Newsom first and the City and County of San Francisco.

Too many innocent folks will suffer and no one is really paying attention to the Rogue Developer Lennar - at Treasure Island but also at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

In recent months Mayor Gavin Newsom - recently acknowledged as a Metrosexual Mayor - who has prided himself taking care of his greasy well kept hair. Acting out and speaking in a manner - to pander to a certain crowd more feminine in nature - to project some change in his falling polls - in his vain bid for Governor of California.

Long before Gavin Newsom sought his candidacy for Governor - he looked to Lennar and folks like Darius Anderson, Koffi Bonner, Diane Feinstein, Ricard Blum, Walter Shorestein, the Gettys, the Fishers, and a host of other filthy rich - that do not really bother nor care about hard working families - mostly blue collar workers and those that work hard - and live - pay check to pay check. The filthy rich care about themselves, GREED, and making money on the backs of poor people.

However, this time around the poor can take control and shaft the rich once and for all. This is our time and moment - and we should NOT fail to take the reign of the situation. There are good people that are on the side of Stop Lennar Action Movement - numbering in the thousands. It is people power that really counts.

Most importantly we have God on our side. This is a plus that better governs those that are righteous.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has an over $800 million deficit and San Francisco is really - hurting.
Poor people are going to bed hungry, the sick are dying, the homeless are suffering - and here this EVIL man is pandering to Lennar - a Rogue Developer.

On the Health front - over thirty percent of the nurses that are required to provide quality services have been fired. Mayor Gavin Newsom's crony Dr. Mitch Katz - cares nothing about this factor.

Our children in the Bayview Hunters Point that suffer from blood noses, itchy throats, rashes on their bodies, migraine headaches, and so on - cannot get the proper care in the public hospitals. All this started just about the time Lennar - started large scale - grading.

This health situation affecting our innocent children - has created - great stress to the mothers and fathers, relative, and caring friends - and affected those seniors and children that have to wait for hours and days - to get the proper - treatment - in the public hospitals.

Many of our women are dying of cancer. We have babies STILL BORN babies and we have Mayor Gavin Newsom - playing with our lives.

We know that the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is contaminated with Radiological Elements - and that is should be mitigated and abated according to Proposition P that was mandated in the year 2000 that the entire Shipyard be cleaned to Residential Standards.

The United States Navy poisoned the Earth and the over 900 acres - and it is the obligation of the United States Navy to clean the Shipyard to Residential Standards.

It was a great mistake for Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, then Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr., Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, and a few other dubious characters to go to Washington DC and force the under-Secretary of the Navy to convey Parcel A - while parcels B, C, D, E, and F were filthy.

The right thing to do was to have cleaned the entire site. But, the above dubious characters, filled with GREED - thought the could FOOL all the people all the time. Today, they are witnessing the results of their folly.

Behind the scenes Willie L.Brown Jr. a former "thug" Mayor has been backing Lennar. Willie has been in Lennar's corner - since he invited the Lennar Rogue Developer to develop a Golf Course on Toxic Land - in Sacramento.

Lennar has never abated any land in large measure. Their opus operandum is to take possession of land - do some drab remediation if ever - parcel the land - and sell it. Lennar specializes in Land Banking.

Much the same was done at Mission Bay in San Francisco. Land that was toxic was not abated. The Department of Toxic and Substances Control that once was charged to see to the mitigation of the land at Mission Bay - was to told to back off.

Willie L.Brown Jr. then brought in the Regional Water Board to do the dirty work. The toxic soil all over Mission Bay - has been buried. One site where most of the soil was buried is below the current brand new University of California San Francisco - complex of buildings.

So much for addressing Quality of Life Issues.

So much for addressing a Sustainable Way of doing things.

Much like Willie L. Brown Jr. - Mayor Gavin Newsom has followed a policy to talk the talk - but when it comes to walking the walk - the man is a LIAR and a disgrace to the human race.

Once at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard were two large hills. Both of them were demolished and the Serpentine Rock - spread all over the Shipyard. Crushed Serpentine Rock is toxic - and the structures released is what is know as Asbestos Structures - very harmful and cancer causing.

Of course the United States was greed to create land from wet lands. They filled in the land with all sorts of rubbish and of course the vegetation that has been there for thousands of years.

The result today we have hundreds of acres - acting as a living and growing composting factory - every year thousands of tons of Methane Gas - spews into the air. In the year 2000 we had a raging fire - that went on burning underground for over - one month.

Today, the United States Navy has well - with stacks that release the Methane Gas into the air. Parcel E has many of them - next to Parcel E2.

Right now - radiological elements are leeching into the Bay. The Lawrence Livermore Lab has been monitoring the mess - for years - and will NOT release the empirical data. But, it is available through some Scientists that have made this information available to some of us - five years ago.

The U.S. Navy besides polluting the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - dumped thousands of barrels of low atomic level material - by the Farallones Island. The waters both from Hunters Point Naval Shipyard pollute the Bay but added to the polluted waters from the Farallones Islands - wash on the shores of Marin County - Stinson Beach, Muir Beach and so on.

Of course Mayor Gavin Newsom thinks nothing of this. The women from Marin County where Gavin Newsom spent a lot of time - thinks nothing about the Health and Safety of children and women. It is time the White women question the Metrosexual Mayor - lying to better his prospects while deceiving and not addressing - Quality of Life Issues.

In the Bayview Hunters Point our children and elders have been suffering as a result of large scale grading involving Serpentine Rock - since the year 2003. The community was really bombarded from April 2004 to January, 2005.

There were no Dust Monitors and no Asbestos Monitors in place during this time.

During this period whatever the reason now given the following Regulatory Agencies failed the community:

1. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

2. The Environmental Protection Agency.

3. The Department Toxic and Substances Control.

4. The San Francisco Health Department.

5. The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

6. The San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

7. Mayor Gavin Newsom.

8. The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force.

There are other individuals that were in the know - but did not do anything. One of them is Supervisor Sophie Maxwell. This woman has BLOOD on her hands - and she must not think for a moment that she will NOT been taken to task.

There are other ignorant bodies like the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee. The leading crooks - one Agnelo King, Doris Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy, and Linda Richardson.

The Citizens Advisory Committee to the Shipyard and one Veronica Hunnicutt.

These folks have no idea that the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard need a lot of work to be done.
These folks have no clue what radiological elements are found every where at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

In fact Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point in the early 1950s. So much for history.

One of the Atomic Bombs dropped on Japan left Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The National Defense Radiological Laboratory (NDRL) was first established at Hunters Point and can been seen today.

The history of the most horrific atomic experiments can be found all over Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and the United States Navy has NOT done a through clean up.

Ships that took part in the Bikini Atoll experiments - all Atomic in nature - were towed to Hunters Point and cleaned.

Mostly Black workers sand blasted the Atomic residue and took their clothes home and exposed their wives, children, relatives, and friends to the toxic material.

This is not the first time the United States Navy has used human and Blacks to experiment and adversely impacted their health. Thousands died silently at home - because of experiment and the expansion of the War World II effort - to win the war.

No one wants to talk about his history. And there is more - a toxic cloud was created around San Francisco - and no one really knows what the contents of this chemical was.

A couple of explosion occurred on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and no one was told what really took place.

We have men in the community today - in their late 80s who buried huge animals - cows and horses - that were radiated. They buried them at night - and were paid over time for their work. They also took some of these animals to UCSF in the Avenues for testing after the animals - died:

The land that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone. I represent them on issues linked to Base Closure and other related matters.

The WATERSHED at Hunters Point is completed polluted. The U.S. Navy expressly forbids anyone to drink this water - less use it.

The U.S. Navy prohibits digging or planting anything on the ground.

Pipes and drain storms have been found contaminated with radiological elements.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has Lennar prepare a Conceptual Plan. The problem with a Conceptual Plan is that it is a dream plan - and when you wake up - it may be your worse - night mare.

Hunters Point is NOT shovel ready - and will NOT be for many years. The United States Navy polluted the land and the United States Navy bears the responsibility to clean it up.

The Restoration Advisory Board must be kept and provide meaningful dialog. The sell outs on the RAB must reform themselves - especially the ones that do not contribute to the benefit of the community and do not live in the community. The likes of Ray Thompkins and Jessie Mason.

The Environmental Group within the Federal Bureau of Investigation must step in and look into Hunters Point.

I am requesting Steve Gruel a former FBI agent to look into this matter. Since I have kept him abreast of the situation at hand.

The Sierra Club and other like minded groups must aid the community. Life is life - it makes no difference if the children are white, red, or black. They are children and they are innocent.

Mayor Gavin Newsom can repent - but will not so far - if he does not - Lennar will bring him down and with him the puppets that belong to the Pacific Heights Mafia.
