The event is at the Fellowship Hall, 1924 Cedar at Bonita, in Berkeley. All welcome, $10-5 donation requested (no one turned away for lack of funds) and Wheelchair Accessible.

In addition to a discussion of the new book by Crime Magazine on-line editor J. Patrick O'Connor "The Framing of Mumia Abu-Jamal" there will be an update on Mumia's legal case as well as upcoming activities to educate and mobilize people in the struggle to Free Mumia!


**Also, mark your calendars for the next meeting of the Mobilization to Free Mumia Abu-Jamal, on Saturday, July 12 at 10:30 am at 625 Larkin Street, near Eddy, in San Francisco at the offices of Freedom Socialist Party/Radical Women. We will be planning for an important speaking tour in the Fall throughout the Northern and Central California region.

On June 25, author J. Patrick O'Connor will be in town to speak about "The Framing of Mumia Abu-Jamal" and to sign copies of his new book for the audience. This event is a fundraiser for Journalists for Mumia Abu-Jamal, currently raising money to print the next issue of their newspaper, to be released on July 4. There will be books available for purchase, from which all proceeds will go towards the fundraiser.
