HAITI TS IN TOO MUCH TROUBLE NOW,AMERICAN GOUVERNEMENT SHOULD HAVE SOME DECENCY TO OFF THE COUNTRY FRO REPAYING INTERNATIONAL DEPTS.IT IS A MORAL RESPONSABILITY.

§Haiti should Default on Loan

If they do not want to cancel Haiti's debt. All Haiti has to do is default on the loan. Haiti is paying 1 million dollars per week. That translates into 52 million dollars per year. The money should not be donated to people. Haiti receives a lot of donation already. You have to teach people how to fish. Furthermore, the money should be invested to get a high return. The money should be used to revamp Haiti's agriculture so that the country can grow their own food. The money should also be used to select a location in Haiti to get tourism going so that a return on investment can be made. Tortuga island should be a good place to start. It has beautiful beaches.
