Conceptual Plan by Lennar BVHP LLC introduced at Land Use with lots of sell outs present.

Lennar BVHP LLC simply does not get it. Lennar BVHP LLC will NOT succeed and will be buried if it does not learn some basic principles. Again and again it uses "thugs" to intimidate innocent folks at meetings. Yesterday, at the Land Use Meeting - Black sellouts came to the meeting - all invited by Lennar BVHP LLC and all on Lennar's payroll. It is this type of "thug" operations - that will come to bite Lennar BVHP LLC in the butt. The real community does not want Lennar in our community of Bayview Hunters Point.
Yesterday, January 14, 2008 at 1 p.m. at the Land Use Meeting at City Hall in Room 263 - a Conceptual Plan in the making was presented.

Lennar BVHP LLC was present and Kofi Bonner was in attendance and made some drab comments.

Lennar BVHP LLC is leading the charge to sell this Conceptual Plan.

At this moment this "rogue" company - is suffering - fiscally. Its Stock and Shares - last year were around $54 are now down to $10 and spiraling.

Why would this City and County of San Francisco want to do business with this rogue company - whose fiscal woes are known the world over?

No bank or major loan and money lending institution wants to touch the Lennar Corporation - with a hundred foot pole. They stink.

On Parcel A at Hunters Point - Lennar BVHP LLC chose to harm our children.

For four months they bombarded our community - adversely impacting our children, our Elders, and those with compromised health - with the worst possible pollutants.

San Francisco must learn that we cannot continue to do business with Lennar BVHP LLC and I stated this at the Land Use meeting - January 14, 2008.

The Land Use Committee Chair - Supervisor Sophie Maxwell has been in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC for all the wrong reasons.

Sophie was listening at usual and making comments - that betrayed her ignorance and lack of leadership.

The Conceptual Plan is just a conceptual plan. It is dream plan that has no teeth and many key issues need to be addressed.

First and foremost the Cumulative Pollution from the near by areas - around which the Conceptual Plan is built.

Parcel E and Parcel E2 in particular must be abated - and this will cost about $1 billion.

A total removal of the radiological elements and other very toxic contaminants - that have been put there by the United States Navy.

The recent measly $82 million is just a little money to do too much that has not been done for too many years.

It is like having $1 in your pocket and you really need $10,000 to do some shopping - in this case - a through clean up - cannot be done - unless, we have the resources and more a sound plan.

Lesson learned - it is easy to pollute and very difficult to abate. One must learn to respect Mother Earth. Of course during the millions of years - Mother Earth will heal - because Mother Earth has time on its side.

Radiological clean up is NOT easy and there is NO area in San Francisco that is plagued with such a dire situation.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is one of the ten most contaminated sites in the whole United States. San Franciscans must remember that when they review the dream Conceptual Plan that is planned in and around Candlestick Park, the State Park and of course the Superfund Site - that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Open Space, Housing, Parks, tall building, wide roads, play grounds, other facilities - are all needed and must be built - in a surrounding that environmentally speaking - is clean and healthy.

We must pay attention to liquefaction, Global Warming affects, and the Earthquake prone areas - that we live in.

We, San Franciscans must look at this factor through the eyes of the Precautionary Principle.
The Precautionary Principle is a law that has not been used as a guide line.

On Parcel A - Lennar BVHP LLC has failed with its Disposition and Development Plan.

Lennar BVHP failed with the Dust Mitigation Plan. The leading Regulatory Agencies failed us and more failed our innocent children. Some one has blood on their hands.

A rental housing component in the Disposition and Development agreement linked to Parcel A - was amended.

Leaving the hope of the local community in the hands of the rogue company - Lennar BVHP LLC - to do them in. All this under the leadership of Kofi Bonner - a weasel.

Kofi Bonner will look you in the eye and lie.

There is a Ballot Measure that requires about 7000 signatures that some folks led by Senator Diane Feinstein - that is alread in the pipe line. It will be easy to collect the signatures and put this fake Ballot measure that favors the crooks and the present Conceptual Plan.

The Ballot Measure goes hand in hand with the making of this Conceptual Plan that does not have the better interest of those living in Alice Griffith and the surrounding area.

I know for sure the folks behind the Ballot Measure that will go before the voters in November, 2008 are crooks.

I know that the Conceptual Plan goes hand in hand with the fake Ballot measure - " The Bayview Jobs, Park and Housing Initiative".

I know that it is not difficult to come to the real - conclusion.

Our City and County of San Francisco - failed by NOT paying attention to the Mills Corporation and the dubious plans - between Pier 27 and Pier 31 by the Ferry Building on the Wharf.

We failed with Lennar and the initial grading on Parcel A at Hunters Point.

Lennar Corporation is selling off thousands of its vacant homes. 40 cents on a dollar to survive. Yet, while this rogue company is drowning - we are helping this rogue company to stay - afloat.

Moodys and other pertinent fiscal analyst tell us stay away from Lennar BVHP LLC.

The City and County still wants to jump in the cesspool with Lennar BVHP LLC and tarnish their image forever.

We must cut this fragile life line of deceit that hooks this City and County of San Francisco with the Lennar Corporation that is sinking and sinking - fast.

This rogue company has done this City in too many times.

We cannot afford to invest in person hours and money - and have any hope that good will come will come doing business with Lennar BVHP LLC.

For sure that dream will NOT come sure.

The conceptual plan is just that - a dream that has to be tweaked and is weak.

It is nice to dream - but, when we wake up sometime the dream is too true and unrealistic.

At other times it is a nightmare.

We must use our talents, our leadership - to stay away from Lennar BVHP LLC because it has proved too many times to be a - rogue company - teeming with deceit.

Linda Richardson, one of the primary Lennar supporters and sell-outs was not in attendance at the Land Use Committee meeting on January 14th. Perhaps Ms. Richardson was unable to attend the meeting due to her rumored nightly occupancy in the wee evenings at her residence in a million dollar condominum at 246 2nd Street in district 6. Ms. Richardson has removed herself from the Superfund site in BVHP area minus the pollutants and contaminants and is living and breathing toxic free most evenings in district 6. Interestingly, there is another large Lennar development being constructed on 2nd and Folsom near the very condominum that Ms. Richardson allegedly is staying in nightly.
