When I first took on Lennar Corporation most people were laughing and saying that Lennar Corporation was too big - to listen to some one from San Francisco - pointing out to the world the dubious activities going on at Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

A random search in cyber space clearly shows some impact made as a result of my articles. IRobot and others have and continue to post my articles. Of course leading the way IndyMedia that has shown its support and given my views - how ever subjective - the widest publicity.

Lennar Corporation chose to harm our children and in doing so spurred many of us to take on the challenge. We are striving to do the right thing with no backing from the filthy rich but hope and pray from those that are poor but have a sound vision.

We have a Spiritual Movement going on in the Bayview Hunters Point. Evey Thursday, since May - we meet every single Thursday. We have God on our side and Corporation really do not like the mention of God - because Lennar and many others mostly deal with the devil and evil.

The Spiritual Army is growing and with our growth we are winning big time.

On Tuesday, September 25, 2007 we had a stunning victory - when th San Francisco Board of Education - that voted in favor of a Resolution to first stop the activities on Parcel A and second to test the children of San Francisco.

Wednesday, a group of us took a bus and visited the 49ers after a 45 minutes drive and handed Dr. John York a package. We encouraged the 49ers not to do business with Lennar Corporation.

" Do business with a dog catcher but not Lennar Corporation. Lennar Corporation has treated our children, elders, and others with disdain".

Lennar Corporation and its local outfit Lennar BVHP LLC is ready to jump ship and with its Limited Liability behind its dubious plans - is ready to cut its losses and fade into oblivion.

In the meantime we are getting all sorts of data - dust data, Exceedences linked to Asbestos reading over 100 of these, data from independent tests with very high reading of heavy metals.

We have reading our radiological elements and other elements and Lennar BVHP LLC through the SF Health Department keeps touting and saying that Parcel A is clean. In fact - every fact points to the concrete fact that Parcel A is dirty - it was not mitigated to residential standards.

The Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC), the Environmental Protection Agency - Region 9, the Regional Water Board, the Bay Area Air Quality Management Board, the San Francisco Health Department - have all failed the children especially.

More, also the Elders, others that had weak immune system - these segments of the population have been targeted and these segments of the community in the Bayview Hunters Point are paying a heavy price as far as their health is concerned.

For for months Lennar BVHP LLC did not have Dust monitoring and Asbestos monitoring equipment in place. We have hard evidence from employees and other sound, full proof documentation that will NAIL Lennar BVHP LLC in court.

We all know the track record of EPA linked to 9/11 - and it is no different in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Filthy rich folks have used poor people and those that cannot defend themselves to make money and try to hood wink the targeted population - time will tell.

Lennar Corporation has not seen anything yet - it will stay fallen and lay flat on its face - for a long, long time.

Remember, you cannot fool all the people all the time.

We are planning to come to an area to expose Lennar BVHP LLC for what it is. This event will get International attention - remember I said International attention.

We know everyone is talking bad about Lennar here in San Francisco and the Bay Area. We know we have made it on the National News and now we are hitting the International Headlines.

We do want Lennar in our community.

Lennar has harmed our children and we do not put any price on our children. So, stopping spreading the lies about $2million dollars - you can have it and more of your blood money.

The mostly local Black sellouts the liked of Aurelious Walker and the Tabernacle Group will soon be licking their wounds. Others, like Amos Brown continue to make a fool of themselves - each time Amos talks he shoves his foot in his mouth.

The local Lennar BVHP LLC - Public Relations Sam Singer is singing the Blues - but this dubious entity has not seen anything yet.

The last time I saw Keith Jackson who lives in Vallejo - he looked pale and confused. Money cannot buy you peace of mind and it is wrong to sell out the community. The same holds for all those you have on your pay roll. We will expose them at the right time.

You can wine and dine with the Pelosi cartel, the Fishers, the Blums, the Shoresteins, others that have no interest in the public living at Bayview Hunters Point - but more to fill their coffers.
