Lennar BVHP LLC sits down with Mayor Gavin Newsom for final exit preparations
There are one or two - from the Board of Directors, from Lennar Corporation head quarters, who saw the writing on the wall - a long time ago - it is time for Lennar BVHP LLC to exit. Mayor Gavin Newsom - was debating, but now he knows he cannot drag Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, and his coming Mayoral Elections - down the drain. Mayor Gavin Newsom - does not still full understand the consequences of dealing with radiological elements. You just cannot cap the land and think the radiological elements will go away. Hunters Point is a Superfund site.
Land Banking is what Lennar BVHP LLC is all about. Lennar BVHP LLC has decided that it is time to exit - we have a " little bird " that tell us all.
Mayor Gavin Newsom was at his wits end - but, some one told him - do not drag Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, other high stake rollers in his Mayor campaign - down the drain - by supporting Lennar BVHP LLC.
So, Mayor Gavin Newsom - sat down with Kofi Bonner the President, of the local Lennar operations and told him something - Kofi you have to go - you are a liability.
There are several law cases against Lennar BVHP LLC - three suits all clear with solid facts and tons of information and data - pointing clearly to actions with intent to harm innocent constituents - to cut corners and in the bargain adversely impact - thousands of innocent people in the Bayview Hunters Point area and beyond.
Lennar BVHP LLC wants to show a facade that it thinks will fool the constituents of San Francisco - the constituents of San Francisco are very intelligent - and a poll of San Franciscans - say: "Lennar time for you and scum bags like you to flee San Francisco".
All I can say is: " Thank you San Francisco and thank you to all our supporters".
We thank the inner circle of the MOVEMENT - you all have rightly called this a Spiritual Movement. And so, if God is with us - who can be against us.
We have always said two simple things:
1. Shut down Parcel A to temporary access the damage on Parcel A.
2. Test our children and those adversely impacted - our Elders and others.
Lennar BVHP LLC listened to Dr. Mitch Katz and that haughty Dr. Rajiv Bhatia. Well, these two fools have failed San Francisco and San Franciscans. They must resign and seek fresh pastures some where else.
Mayor Gavin Newsom cannot fail to NOT listen to the constituents of San Francisco.
For too long, have Spin and Media been used as tools to send the Mayor to an orbit only to find out - that will take him to a place where he has failed the constituents of San Francisco - badly.
On Parcel A - Mayor Gavin Newsom failed us all.
Lennar must go and the sooner they vanish from San Francisco - the better.
There are rumors around City Hall and all over the area - Lennar is on the run and going. Yes, we want them gone - yesterday.
