Lennar BVHP LLC has their boat rocked and the community does not want them.
Lennar BVHP LLC and its Public Relations thug has been using the photograph of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to send out messages that are not true and spread lies. The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. family should look into this. The Singer thinks we do not know who is behind the evil ploys - the skunk behind the materials very corrupt - that have been sent to the resident using First Class mail.
A certain Dr. John Balmes, Professor of Medicine at the University of California and Chief of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at San Francisco General hospital has joined Lennar and its cronies to state with falsehoods that everything is fine at Parcel A.
Believe it or not! And all this happening in San Francisco the most progression City on the West Coast. Are people sleeping or what is happening to the Moral compass?
This City and County of San Francisco has not have a toxicologist and it is a Toxicologist that can really evaluate from sound empirical data what is happening in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Again, this City does not have a Toxicologist and if we have one the said doctor will be exposed.
Shame on this City. Shame on Mayor Gavin Newsom.
I hope Michael Farrar or some one will bring this nonsense to the attention of Mayor Gavin Newsom. Or else I will ask to sit down and talk to the spineless Mayor.
We do not want a BUM doctor - professing to work for Lennar and who is paid by Lennar to do the devil's work.
The doctor proclaims that he works for the City and County of San Francisco so why should he be paid by Lennar to give such a report to one Aurelious Walker - who dos not and will never, ever represent the community.
Why do we have a fox in the chicken house? What has become of this City? Is this blatant Racism or what? Where are the Environmentalists? Where are the advocates on this one?
Where are the Haas', the other large foundations on this one? Is some one - some where paying attention. Using doctors on the City's payroll to provide information to a person who is not respect by the community at large? Aurelious Walker!
This stupid doctor who works for UCSF and SF Health Department has taken some data - most of it incomplete and come to some conclusion that everything is fine.
Going further to state that most of the ailments that affected the community were there before Lennar BVHP LLC started their large scale grading.
Lennar did not use sufficient water to abate the toxic soil and further the Asbestos Friables and bombarded the community.
The SF Health Department could have exercised and enforced Article 31 of the SF Health Code but did not. Where was this Dr. John Balmes?
We have written documents and we have statements made by Lennar BVHP LLC and Kofi Bonner who is originally from Ghana and the President of the local outfit linked to Lennar - that indeed Lennar did not have in place dust and Asbestos monitors that could monitor and register the correct data for months on end.
I say for four months and Lennar says for three.
I speak the truth but Lennar always uses the fork tongue and most of time lies. That holds good for the skunk that does their Public Relations and the African American who speaks from both sides of his mouth and is from the Fillmore and a side kick for the Singer.
Lennar BVHP LLC has now chosen as a last ditch effort to blanket the community with false statements and purporting to hire an independent BUM doctor who has dishonored his profession and the profession of all doctors that do good and take an oath to do good.
Our children are dying and time will tell.
Our Elders are dying and we owe them respect, care and love. They are being treated like rags.
The hospitals cannot hide the truth and there are hundreds of documents in the last one year and a half - that reveal that thousands were exposed to lead, mercury, arsenic and other inorganic elements.
But also Asbestos Friables from Ultra Maphic Serpentine Rock - not the common Serpentine Rock. This rock when crushed is very dense and very, very, very toxic.
And if the BUM doctor feels all is fine - why does he not bring some of his children and his relatives and let them play in a sand box near Parcel A for an extended period of time - even now that the grading is almost complete.
Dr. Mitch Katz can do the same. Dr.Bhatia can roll in the dirt all he wants.
In the mean time our Mayor Gavin Newsom at this late date is doing nothing. Does any one have BLOOD on their hands?
Nancy Pelosi has not said a word about the pollution on Parcel A and has BLOOD on her hands.
I keep sending e-mail to Dan Bernal and he should inform his corrupt boss the Speaker of the House.
Barbara Boxer has not said a word.
We know the grand madam Diane Feinstein - not a murmur - but she has opened her mouth and shoved her foot inside when it comes to bringing the 49ers.
Building a stadium on Parcel E that is the most toxic.
What is happening to the soul of this Great City - San Francisco. Where is the Compassion? The City of Saint Francis? Not the City of Lucifer and some Monster?
Even as our Elders are dying and suffering - this City is doing nothing. Nothing what so ever.
We are requesting two simple things from day one:
1. Halt the project - even now with most of the grading complete - evaluate the site.
2. Test the children, the Elders, others for inorganic elements - lead, arsenic, and other heavy metals that adversely impact the health of human beings.
Folks, we have the Precautionary Principle that I stated before the Board of Supervisor years ago. And no one is paying attention.
If there is any doubt about any significant adverse impact - impacting any living being - we must stop work according to this ordinance - according to this Precautionary Principle.
We have it with hundred of cases of nose bleeds, headaches, severe irritation in the throat, coughing mucous, no sleep, dizziness, and so on and so forth.
And here we have Aurelious Walker trying to represent the community. The man has no education and cannot speak to facts. Having a doctor to try to convince the victims that nothing is wrong? How much money have you take scum bag? How much money? And since when are Pastors becoming Developers?
These Black Pastors not all, that are in bed with Lennar - are a disgrace to humanity.
Aurelious Walker spoke at a meeting recently and after that I spoke.
One can get the transcript from the Citizens Advisory Committee to Parcel A - and review the statements he made and the statements I made.
Evaluate the quality of the statements Aurelious Walker made and the statements I made.
The Environmental Protection Agency has been out to Parcel A and I have accompanied them.
Congresspersons and Senators barring those that are supposed to represent San Francisco are aware of this situation.
Nancy Pelosi has NOT spoken a word and wants the project to go on at Parcel A. She will be in for a shock. The people have had enough and enough is enough.
Listen for in your foolishness you will reap in proportion to your evil deeds - Nancy.
