Lennar lies and greed will not FAZE the 49ers - the team will depart for better pastures

Lennar BVHP LLC cannot lie to the 49ers. Nor can Lennar BVHP LLC use strong arm tactics to cow down the 49ers. It simply does not work like that.

Lennar has serious problems on Parcel A at Hunters Point. It will have more problems the longer it hangs around Hunters Point. Recently, Lennar was shut down on Parcle A at Hunters Point for putting some children and workers in harms way.

The DTSC, the SF Health Department, other agencies have cited Lennar time and time again.

The SF Redevelopment Agency is backing Lennar. Over 33,400 signatures were collected by constituents all over San Francisco over Forty percent from the Bayview Hunters Point rejecting the Project Plan the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) for the Bayview Hunters Point.

One reason the 49er Stadium was stuck into the Project plan by SFRA. Lennar and SFRA under Marsha Rosen is not to be trusted. So are folks like Jesse Blout, Michaeal Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, and or course Gavin Newsom.

The 49ers will NOT cow down to Lennar - the most corrupt developer in the Nation. Lennar has a bad track record in Florida, Phoenix, Sacramento, and in other places - building homes on toxic sites or brown fields.

The 49ers have made up their minds and they have decided to move to a better place for the best reasons. It is time that San Francisco permit the team to leave for their own good but also for the good of the fans.

We have very serious pollution issues to deal with at Candlestick Park.

Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein has no clue about the serious pollution at Candlestick Park much of it - radiological in nature. Diane has some ulterior motivs the investment of her husband Richard Blum - Nancy Pelosi has a strong relationship with Lawrence Pelosi - who is turn works closely with Lennar.

These scum bags are all about greed and money. The area around Candlestick is very polluted and needs over $3 billion dollars to do some decent clean up - abatement or mitigation.

Compounded, very serious transportation and parking issues. All these can easily be taken care of at a new site sans the pollution from the near by Superfund Site, Hunters Point Naval Shipyard:
