Federal Court Allows Activists To Protest On Six Flags Property About Animal Abuse

Kuba is suing Six Flags, the City of Vallejo and the Vallejo Police Department because, according to Kuba, the City of Vallejo owns the park property and used its police to violate activists’ rights of free speech in public areas with threats, intimidation, coercion, false arrests, false imprisonment and violence. Kuba states in his law suit that the City of Vallejo police along with Marine World employees for years have conspired to keep peaceful, law-abiding citizens from exercising their Constitutional free speech rights at the publicly-owned property based on the activists’ views and opinions about animal abuse at Six Flags.

Six Flags Marine World has a history of premature and unnatural animal deaths including 6 orcas, 39 dolphins and at least 13 baby animals have died prematurely under Marine World\'s care. Since Six Flags bought Marine World in 1997, more than 28 animals have died including 5 elephants, 2 dolphins, a dozen kangaroos and wallabies and both of the park’s orcas. In 1999, a tiger mauled a woman during a photo shoot at Marine World.
