49er Stadium Swindle Being Revived via Newsom legislation
The infamous 49er Stadium Swindle, promoted via massive election fraud in 1997, in which we voted 70% No but the election fraud Democrat-Republicans changed it to 50.3% "yes" is now being promoted by anti-rent control election-frauding "mayor" Gavin Newsom & state senator Migden with legislation to change the plan, without voter approval.

It is apparently not enough for the Democrat & Republican Parties, both of which supported the 49er Stadium Swindle, opposed by Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party, that they committed massive election fraud and murdered a primary witness in the election fraud lawsuit, Dolores Evans, a poll worker and 5 children, just as she was about to testify as to the election fraud she witnessed, and continued perpetrating that same election fraud in the 1999 mayor's race which Tom Ammiano won, not Willie Brown, and in 2003, which Matt Gonzalez won, not Gavin Newsom. For those who wonder if they should stop voting for Democrats at the local level, these stadium swindles promoted all across the country, are a good example why the local Democratic Parties are just as despicable as the national Democratic Party, as the Democratic Party, like its Republican twin, always supports all stadium swindles.
They now want to have a state law passed to change the plan, instead of going to the voters, as they are supposed to do, and State Senator Carole Migden is doing the dirty work for anti-rent control Newsom. It is no accident that the lawyers for the 49ers are also anti-rent control lawyers and Republican Party lawyers. This is all one ruling class organized crime gang, which should be avoided like the fascists they all are. It is on the issues of rent control and stadium swindles that we must judge the local capitalist politicians. Tom Ammiano supports the election fraud plan that is still on record, a $100 million bond for a gambling racket.
Meanwhile, we have 22,000 homeless in San Francisco, which Newsom's homeless programs do not attempt to house, massive poverty, lots of slums and a poor school system.
Professional football is of course a gambling racket, as are professional baseball, basketball, soccer and boxing. Otherwise, they would not exist as professional sports. Considering most of the season ticketholders of all of these professional sports do not live in San Francisco, but rather in Sacramento and San Jose, they are all welcome to leave San Francisco, and the sooner the better. We certainly cannot and must not give public money to these private profit gambling rackets. To protest, contact the Board of Supervisors at:
