NOAA and Corporate SEAS

They've done it with agribusiness and now they want to do it with aquabusiness......NOAA is working on a plan to 'lease the sea' to big business for fish farming. Though the plan must go through a variety of environmental hurdles, the writing is on the wall. Listen to this interview we made with JD Evenow, a captain of a fishing boat from Oregon.
