Other Eyes: A Palestine Journal

“...this is certainly not to say that the story of the Israel/Palestine conflict begins here. Or that there is even one story. I believe this conflict is an assemblage of stories told in different languages to different audiences; the characters are drawn from all seven continents and from the last century and half of history. It is useful to understand my own project as just one of these voices, to see that I am not offering an objective or truthful interpretation, but rather adding another dimension to this complicated reality. This story is one hub in the network of voices (Palestinian, Israeli, and international) struggling to overcome fear, vengeful anger and violence.
I hope to turn folks on to some alternate visions of the conflict.”
