In Sacramento, Phil Hutchings to Speak on Black Freedom and Marxism

Phil Hutchings, a longtime activist and organizer for racial and social justice, will deliver a talk “Black Liberation and Marxism–What Each Has to Offer the Other”
on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 7 p.m. in the Green Room, Sierra 2 Center at 2791 24th St., Sacramento.

He will focus on the challenges of blending analyses of class and racial oppression with organizing for working people. The Marxist School of Sacramento is the sponsor of this free talk.
