A night club owner exposing organized crime under the guise of law enforcement. After years of watching drug dealers, pedophiles, and prostitutes with police protection, I thought I had done the right thing by going to the F.B.I. however here in Tampa they seem more inclined to tip off the criminals than they are to follow up a solid lead. You need to keep in mind these criminals are in the habit of charging their victims with crimes that they have committed, after years of getting away with it, in the courts and out in public, it makes them a danger to all in their jurisdiction. Please read over the federal suit, and be aware I am far from an isolated case.
After I called the sheriff's office in mid 1997 to report felony activity in the club the police pulled up and I begged them to go in and make an arrest. They looked at each other then the driver looked at me and said it was private property and there was nothing they could do, and then took off in their cruiser.
The pattern of abuse was the same anyone involved in law enforcement or their informants would attack the club its patrons and its staff. Numerous methods were used, with staff they (sheriff) would pull over staff coming or going to work and try to force them to turn informant. Some of the staff under these threats quit. I started getting reports that the patrons were being pulled over and threatened not to go to the Groovy Mule because of all the drugs. The irony is it was their police protection of drug dealers that made that statement possible.
11-10-01 Forged documents used by a towing company that stole two of my patrons cars in the middle of the night from property I had a contract to rent for parking was done with police protection (I have it on video I am converting it to digital). When I told the police officer that this was grand theft he said that it was a civil matter and he was just here to keep the peace ( as he protected the tow truck driver from an angry crowd). When I was asked about the cars by patrons I told them that I had a contract and there was nothing I could do.
11-11-01 The very next night a patron threatened one of the men working security that he was going to shoot him and then showed him the gun he was going to come back and shoot him with. The sheriff's office was called and when officer came out he said there was nothing he could do and left the club minutes before closing. The two men stole a van, came back and shot the unarmed security man in the parking lot. If it had not been for a bartender, barback, and a D.J. getting into their own cars and following then getting on their cell phones to tell police where the gunman were on Dale Mabry Hwy they probably would have got away.
Soon after I actively started to prepare to file suit against the criminals involved with the attacks on the club its patrons and staff. Again we were hit with perjury and strong arm tactics of the Hillsboro sheriff's office raided the club and charged and immigrant employee with a crime he did not commit only not to show up in court twice.
A few weeks later on July 21, 2002 I was driving through downtown Clearwater when I was surrounded by police cars and officers were out, guns drawn pointing at me. Traffic is stopped in both directions I am ordered out then on to my keens. After the police question me I am told that my vehicle is identified as a getaway vehicle in a murder. When I go to the police to ask who identified my vehicle I never get a strait answer.
Over the years I have been pulled over repeatedly and charged with crimes I did not commit all in the name of revenge. I was pulled over on Kennedy blvd. in Tampa and accused of armed robbery only to be thrown in jail for driving with an expired tag after the victim would not identify me as the hold up man. On numerous occasions I have pulled over and had my drivers license taken or have been ticked for a crime I had not committed only to go to court and have the police not show up.
After I received numerous threats to keep my mouth shut a dead rotting cat in a bag was left in my parking lot as I went to open up the restaurant.
CORRUPTION IN TAMPA HAS REACHED ALARMING PROPORTIONS WITH INVESTIGATIONS DESIGNED MORE FOR TIPPING OFF THE CRIMINALS AND STALLING THEIR VICTIMS. IT HAS PROVED A USEFUL TACTIC.

U.S. ATTORNEYS OFFICE 7. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT LAW ENFORCEMENT 8. STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND ANY AGENCY WILLING TO HELP PROVE THAT I CAN POINT NARCOTIC TRAFFICKING AND PROSTITUTION THAT WILL ULTIMATELY LEAD A MONEY TRAIL BACK TO CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT. NOT ONE AGENCY TOOK UP ON THE OFFER.....
With in hours of my filing a civil suit in federal court the IRS puts a levy on my banking account.
The real comedy of it all is to watch intelligent men and women (mostly men) who have years of experience sometimes decades and advanced degrees from colleges and universities that when presented with straight forward evidence of corruption posing harm to the communities children they suddenly start bumbling for words then play dumb as if they were a moron wrapped inside of a idiot. A perfect case is the fact that Elias Abusaid has relocated his rave right behind the Internal Affaires Office in down town Tampa never mind that the last time his rave was raided police found a 13 year old girl, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, guns at 4:45 am and he is a convicted felon with a history of child abuse on top of the fact I have been warning the Hillsboro sheriff office about him and the Tampa police to my knowledge nothing has happened.
