i was just at the federal building. someone told me he heard the march is going to re-group at oakland city hall (14/Browadway) at 2:30. I can vouch for the person who gave me the info, but not for the accuracy of the info (it being second or third hand).
There is a press conference in front of Frank Ogawa at 2:30, but the marching is done for the day, unless there are new developments.
